Production Technician - Wireharness - Avionics - Frisco TX - Contract $23-29

Yoh has an exciting contract opportunity for a Production Technician to join our Autonomous Technology client with locations across the US. This role is ideal for candidates near Dallas, TX (Frisco) for onsite work.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling, testing, and configuring aircraft systems such as UAVs, avionics, GCS, GSE, GDT, and electronics.
• Troubleshooting, component removal/replacement, testing, and documentation per technical standards.
• Performing trimming, painting, and bodywork on UAV components.
• Supporting engine ground runs and break-ins.
• Modifying or repairing composite components.
• Collaborating with team for timely aircraft delivery.
• Interpreting drawings, diagrams, and work instructions for fabrication.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year in aircraft production/manufacturing, including composite layup, avionics fabrication/installation, aircraft assembly, and ground support.
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for cooperative teamwork.
• Safety-conscious with proper hazardous materials handling.
• Proficient in MS Office and production-related software.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and pursuit of quality.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in painting, bodywork, electrical systems, and composites.
• UAV experience preferred; A&P license and standards familiarity are a plus.
