The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to read blueprints and technical manuals, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting. Welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven work history in production or similar role.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; forklift/hoist experience or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, operation standards, and work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities
