Responsibilities

• Cut down, hang, or process plants for fresh frozen as assigned.
• Buck dried flower from stems efficiently and without damage.
• Operate machine trimmers and/or hand-trim flower to grading standard.
• Weigh and label all batches accurately; record in tracking system as directed.
• Sort flower into A-bud, B-bud, smalls, and trim/shake categories.
• Bag, weigh, and freeze fresh frozen material within required time window.
• Sanitize tools, surfaces, and trim machines between batches.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.

Position Summary

Executes harvest, drying, bucking, and trimming work. The largest single team in the facility. Sized to process one room per week at ~200 lb dry equivalent, with up to 30% diverted to fresh frozen.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut down, hang, or process plants for fresh frozen as assigned
• Buck dried flower from stems efficiently and without damage
• Operate machine trimmers and/or hand-trim flower to grading standard
• Weigh and label all batches accurately; record in tracking system as directed
• Sort flower into A-bud, B-bud, smalls, and trim/shake categories
• Bag, weigh, and freeze fresh frozen material within required time window
• Sanitize tools, surfaces, and trim machines between batches
• Maintain a clean and organized production area

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cannabis trim, buck, or harvest experience
• Experience operating machine trimmers
