Job summary

Ma pre Inc is seeking a Production Technician to manufacture, package, label, and handle food products in a GMP/HACCP compliant facility. You will follow batch records, measure ingredients, operate equipment, and maintain clean, organized work areas.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in Bolingbrook, IL. Starting pay is $18–$22.50 per hour; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete production records.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Batch Production Records (BPRs), formulas, and production schedules.
• Weigh, measure, blend, mix, package, and label products accurately.
• Verify ingredients, packaging materials, and lot numbers before use.
• Complete production paperwork and records accurately and in real time.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow all GMP, food safety, sanitation, and safety requirements.
• Wear required PPE at all times in designated areas.
• Report food safety, quality, equipment, or safety concerns immediately.
• Assist with inventory control and material handling activities.
• Support line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation activities.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
