GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Supervisor to supervise personnel, analyze data, and work directly with customers to provide support and resolve issues. The role requires coordinating with Inventory Control, Transportation and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow and service delivery.

Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel

Responsibilities

Be first line contact with customers and sites; inform about service failures and coordinate resolutions
Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site
Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking
Collaborate with Inventory Control, Transportation and warehouse sites to resolve service issues
Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for improvements
Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules
Maintain ISO compliance documents and train department staff including Directors
