Job Summary:

This position is responsible for safely performing highly repetitive work to strict quality standards. This is a temporary position lasting from May - August 2025.

Responsibilities:

1. Using power pneumatic and hand tools
2. Loading and unloading onto conveyors and carts
3. Hanging and unhanging parts
4. Brazing and soldering
5. Operating machines and presses
6. Operating fork trucks and hoists
7. Performing quality checks and tests
8. Use senses (see, hear, smell) to detect quality defects and unsafe conditions. Read and understand method sheets and assembly diagrams and follow written and oral directions
9. Perform repetitive progressive line assembly of parts and sub-assemblies on any line in the plant in accordance with predetermined DFT methods and sequences.
10. In accordance with company policy and the union contract, assemblers must also be able and willing to meet these essential job requirements:
1. Work any shift and work overtime as necessary to ensure that production demands are met.
2. Work multiple jobs both within and outside his/her assigned product area.
3. Use all required safety gear and equipment.
4. Comply with all established Plant rules and policies.
5. Maintain acceptable attendance records at all times.
6. Contribute in a positive manner to the work teams in his/her assigned work area
