Job summary

DreamFields in the United States is seeking Cannabis Production Technicians to manufacture our branded products from start to sale-ready units that are distributed to dispensaries across the state.

This seasonal, temporary role supports peak production; you will work on a fast-paced, high-volume assembly line, with emphasis on health, safety, and GMP compliance; overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods preferred.
• Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Job Summary:

Cannabis Production Technicians are directly involved in manufacturing our products from the initial stages to final sale-ready units that will be distributed to dispensaries throughout the state and ultimately into the hands of our customers who enjoy our top-of-the-line branded products .

Nature of Seasonal Employment :

This position is classified as seasonal and temporary in nature. Seasonal employment is intended to support increased production demands and is expected to last for a limited duration. While the Company anticipates this assignment may continue for a predetermined number of days and/or through peak season, business needs may change.

Duties/Responsibilities :

• M anipulating flower and oil .
• W eighing , stuffing, and rolling products .
• Labeling, stickering, and packaging finished goods.
• Required to hit specific cycle times in each position.
• Required to work in a high-volume manual production assembly line and achieve both individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

• Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA.
• Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality .

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED required .
• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing position.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing consumable goods is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise, dust, heat, cold, and other manufacturing conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be physically capable of sitting or standing for long periods or entire shifts.
• Must be capable of repetitive motion using hands and arms.
• Must have full use of arms, hands, and fingers for fine manipulation of cannabis, making boxes, and applying compliance stickers .

Work Schedule (Non-Exempt):

This position is scheduled on a full-time basis. Specific shift times and workdays are determined by the operation and may vary by location. Business needs may require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as occasional overtime. Scheduled start and end times, assigned shifts, and workdays are subject to change based on staffing and operational requirements. Whenever feasible, advance notice of schedule changes will be provided.

Positions in our production facilities may lead to regular exposure to cannabis plant material, dust, and other potential allergens. Individuals with sensitivity to pollen, molds, or strong odors may experience discomfort. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
