Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work extended hours/shift as needed.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Apply safety rules, regulations and company policies to protect the team.
• Foster a shared safety culture and model safe practices.
• Work safely in all situations and maintain compliance.
• Identify maintenance needs and enter them into Maximo for reliability.
• Follow SOPs and read blueprints, flow charts and P&IDs.
• Keep accurate records and maintain documentation retention.
• Perform operator rounds, sampling, loading, and PMs.
• Support Plant Management and other team needs.
