Job summary

GE HealthCare in Noblesville, IN is seeking a manufacturing/assembly technician to follow procedures, interpret schematics, and maintain daily output. You will work with team leads, engineers, and supervisors to improve quality and efficiency while complying with EHS and quality policies.

The role requires a high school diploma with several years of technical experience, strong troubleshooting, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

High School diploma and 3 years relatable technical experience.
Ability to troubleshoot logically at subsystem and system levels using identifiable methods.
Ability to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
Performs manufacturing/assembly operations following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
Maintains daily production output.
Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
May participate in quality control inspections.
Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
Other duties as assigned, and may be included in quality activities and training sessions.
Comply with EHS regulations and policies.
