Randstad USA is seeking a dependable manufacturing associate to support on-site production operations in Port Washington, NY. You will closely follow SOPs and work instructions, load materials into equipment, and unload finished products after cycles, ensuring consistent quality.

You will perform basic quality checks with simple measurement tools, stage materials and finished goods for the next step, and adapt quickly to different teams and machinery for short-term tasks.

Responsibilities

• Machine tending: load materials into production equipment and remove finished products after the cycle.
• Quality control: perform routine visual inspections and use basic measurement tools to ensure components meet specifications.
• Material staging: ensure the production line is supplied with necessary raw materials and components, staging finished goods for the next step.
• Adaptability: quickly integrate into different production teams and machinery setups for various short-term mandates.
