Job summary

Environmental Solutions Group is seeking a Production Mounter in Fort Payne, AL. The role involves assembling, mounting, and installing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural components per engineering specs and drawings.

You will set up fixtures, use tools, inspect quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The candidate will read blueprints, follow procedures, and support continuous improvement while collaborating with a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, installation, or related experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, sketches, templates, and work instructions.
• Assemble, mount, adjust, and install mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fiberglass, and vehicle components.
• Set up fixtures and use hand/power tools, hoists, and equipment.
• Perform repetitive assembly operations meeting production and quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure assemblies meet specifications.
