Job Summary

Safely perform production and/or material handling duties at the Hickman plant to produce quality graphite products.

Essential Functions
  • Operate overhead crane, forklift, mobile equipment, and power tools.
  • Perform general housekeeping, including cleanup, stacking, and stock identification.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in good working condition following safety procedures.
  • Follow safety and operational procedures.
  • Work as part of a team to meet departmental goals.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Recognize and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Maintain required records and documents.
  • Adapt to changing work environments.
  • Work night and weekend shifts as scheduled.
Competencies
  • High school diploma or GED; 3-6 months related experience preferred. Computer skills are a plus.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions, communicate effectively, and present information clearly.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs.
  • Ability to carry out detailed instructions and recognize operational problems.
Education and Experience
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of production or industrial experience preferred.
