Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Safety‑driven Manufacturing Associate in Missouri for a fast-paced facility. You will perform tasks such as stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, setting up materials, and keeping a clean workspace.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, can work independently, and communicate effectively with all levels of staff. HS diploma or GED required; OT possible, including weekends. Background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be self-starting and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of staff.
• Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/16 inch) and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment and follow directions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety rules.
• Perform make-ready and shutdown procedures; inspect equipment and report issues.
• Identify products and labels; maintain waste and efficiency standards.
• Perform housekeeping duties with minimal supervision.
