• Read, understand, and follow departmental specifications and SOPs.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand power tools.
• Ability to assemble components manually.
• Daily attendance and punctuality are essential.

Aufgaben

• Cut helmet patterns using a pattern cutting machine.
• Kit helmet patterns for molding.
• Prepare and apply resin mixture for mold cavities.
• Place patterns inside mold cavities and manage molding.
• Monitor molding process and remove helmets for inspection.
• Inspect helmets for defects and record data.
• Trim helmet holes and sand surfaces as required.
• Support Softball Pad Printing: create films, print artwork, and package products.
• Support Trophy Molding: mix resin, cast parts, and assemble components.
• Support Baseball/Softball Tee: build subassemblies and finished assemblies.
