Responsibilities

• Check work instruction to ensure accurate settings for job
• Identify and locate proper material thickness and gauge
• Run production on a variety of machinery and equipment
• Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Check product against plan using gaging
• Participate in activities to increase personal skill level
• Maintain organized and clean work area
• Communicate issues with Supervisor or Lead
• Receive, understand and follow instructions
• Meet or exceed performance evaluations
• Comply with company policies including safety and attendance
• Resolve day-to-day issues with team
