Radiac, a TYROLIT Company, is hiring for its Oswego, IL facility on the first and second shifts. The role involves operating a variety of machinery, following work instructions, and ensuring quality through inspection and measurement.

The candidate should have basic math, be able to read/write English, and maintain a clean work area. Salary ranges from $19.00 to $22.25 per hour with shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment a must.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to use hands for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Check work instructions to ensure accurate machine settings.
• Identify material thickness and gauge.
• Operate production machinery per instructions.
• Visually inspect parts to meet quality standards.
• Check product against plan using gauging tools.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Communicate issues to Supervisor or Lead.
• Follow all written and oral instructions.
