Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Production Technician to operate and support the manufacturing process of beverages on the production floor. The role involves running Filler/Packaging equipment, loading materials, and ensuring quality during production.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, performing basic maintenance, handling pallets, and ensuring compliance with QMS/EMS/SMS/FSMS standards. Multi-shift operation with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High School, General Education.
  • Minimum 2 Years light Industrial work experience.
  • Prior Machine Operating and Production experience required.
  • Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product is highly desired.

  • Wash equipment between flavors and clean and sanitize equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and clear jams on machines as needed
  • Forklift operations/inspections
  • Full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Safety Management System (SMS) and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements.

As a Production Technician, you will complete and support various tasks associated with the manufacturing process of our beverages.

Function Related Activities and Key Responsibilities

Job Location and Work Conditions:

Work is performed mostly on production floor. Work is of repetitive nature and requires exposure to moderate noise levels, confined spaces, working around moving equipment, wetness, fumes; hazardous chemicals. Associates subject to extreme heat and cold. This is a multi-shift operation.
