Our Production Techs are responsible for preparing and constructing Hearth & Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. They use a variety of small hand tools and lightweight power tools, such as drills, riveters, caulk guns, and spot welders to fabricate assemblies and parts.

Hearth & Home Technologies emphasizes Lean Manufacturing principles. Our production environments focus on flow—where slow is smooth, and smooth becomes fast. Our Production Techs work within a team-driven environment to create quality products safely and improve efficiencies.
