Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets
• Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment
• Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and production documentation
• Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement
• Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials, and processes
• Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture
• Build team capability through training and skill development

Production Technician Lead - Tucson, AZ

We are seeking a Production Lead to supervise and coordinate activities across multiple high-speed packaging lines. This hands‑on role is responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching, and support to production personnel, ensuring operations meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced in leading teams within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule

This is a full time position on 2nd shift Monday - Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets
• Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $32.25 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $33.95 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
