Position Summary: NextEra Energy is seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining renewable energy generation facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and proactive maintenance of renewable energy equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct basic repairs and replacements under guidance.
• Monitor production data and suggest operational improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain documentation of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in training programs.
• Support procurement and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Repairs and calibrates equipment
• Monitors equipment performance through testing
• Applies basic electrical, mechanical, or I and C skills
• Must train and qualify for Production Technician II within one year of hire
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned

The estimated base pay for this position is $62,400.00to $93,600.00per year. Starting pay will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, job‑related and industry knowledge and skills and education/training.
