Job summary

TekWissen Group seeks a Manufacturing Operations Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for all manufacturing areas. You will help manage production schedules, assemble bottles, and prepare components for production while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and rigorous adherence to GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards. You will train others and may cross-train across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience with production scheduling and inventory control.
• Familiarity with GMP and FDA/ISO standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long durations.
• Proven ability to follow safety protocols and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily/weekly production support schedule and adapt to changes to meet internal/external customer needs.
• Assemble bottle preparations for manufacturing use, manifold assembly and other components.
• Perform washroom activities, staging and setting up bottles for production, maintaining inventory.
• Weigh, dilute, and verify chemicals for in-process solutions (weights and measures).
• Operate heavy equipment and use an autoclave as required.
• Maintain materials, equipment, and tooling inventory.
• Provide training on procedures assigned.
• Be cross-trained to assist in other production areas/departments as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Review documentation for equipment logs and manufacturing records.
• Follow GMP documents (SOPs, Manufacturing Records) with strict safety/compliance.
• Ensure ongoing FDA compliance.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations for bloodborne pathogens.
• Understand FDA and ISO standards applicable to the department.
• Interact cooperatively with coworkers, supervisors, or managers from other departments.
• Create legible and accurate written records.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

• To provide day-to-day operations support for all Manufacturing areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the fulfillment of daily/weekly production support schedule and adapt to schedule and personnel changes to ensure internal and external customers' needs and deliveries made.
• Assembling bottle preparation for manufacturing use, manifold assembly and other components.
• Perform washroom activities, staging and setting up bottles for production use, maintaining inventory.
• Weighing out, diluting, and verifying chemicals for in-process solutions (working in weights and measurements).
• Able to physically lift and carry up to 50lbs or more, without assistance and work on your feet for long duration.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment, use of an autoclave
• Responsible for ensuring all materials, equipment, and tooling is available (inventory maintenance) as required.
• Responsible for training on all procedures assigned.
• The ability to be cross trained to assist in other production areas /departments as needed.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, manufacturing records).
• Follow GMP documents (SOPs, Manufacturing Records), with strict adherence to safety and compliance.
• Responsible for ongoing FDA compliance.

• Understands FDA and ISO standards applicable to the department and consequences of non-conformance.
