Job summary

PPS, a state-of-the-art facility south of Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, seeks a Production Technician to process and clean new and in-process chamber parts. The role involves chemical and manual cleaning, machine operation, and adherence to safety and SOPs to meet customer needs.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, good communication, and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle repetitive work with fast turnaround on production tasks.
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekend and evening work.
• Comfortability in PPE depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods.
• Perform processing, wiping, masking, chemical processing and machine operations as needed.
• Follow SOPs and Lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain organization of the process area and report task progress.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely and dispose properly.
