Mikros Technologies, A Jabil Company, is seeking an Assembly Technician to perform timely and accurate assembly and inspection of parts per procedures, with the ability to work independently and with a team in Claremont, NH.

You will operate production equipment, follow schedules, document processes, train others, and help improve production. The role demands strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or role with equivalent skill sets.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment.
• Follow production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Move independently to the next priority after completing a process.
• Capable of training.
• Monitor production processes and communicate solutions for production challenges with team leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate production records by clocking in and out of jobs.
• Follow process documentation where applicable.
• Follow established guidelines for safe material handling and use of protective gear.
• Ability to help craft process documents.
• Create jobs and ship jobs to stock to E2.
• Note defects within a part and classify appropriately for MRB.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify problems with production or manufactured goods.

Job description

The Assembly Technician for Mikros Technologies, A Jabil Company, is responsible for the timely and accurate assembly and inspection of parts in compliance with internal procedures and work instructions including the ability to work through problems independently.

Mikros Technologies liquid cooling systems are deployed in large AI data centers and help to increase the energy efficiency of these sites. We also make active liquid cooling systems that are utilized in semiconductor test equipment for providing fast thermal control to maintain a constant temperature under a varying heat load.

• This role will sit in Claremont, NH.

What will you do?
