Job Description

The Fill/Pouch Production Technician I is a Salaried Non-Exempt position contributing to our mission of saving and sustaining lives. Responsibilities include operating, maintaining, and inspecting equipment in the Fill/Pouch areas, performing quality checks, operating manual and automated filling machines, setting up supplies, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring product quality standards are met.

Additional duties involve documenting processes, troubleshooting machine performance issues, reading blueprints, conducting scheduled cleaning, supporting quality improvement programs, training new staff, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment following 6S principles.
