Our Inspection, Labeling and Packaging (ILP) Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the highest quality and safety standards of our pharmaceutical products. Once you complete our training, your responsibilities will include meticulously inspecting, labeling, and packaging our products according to strict industry regulations and company standards. Your attention to detail and adherence to precise procedures will guarantee that our medications reach patients accurately and securely. This is a full-time role for our 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. This is a set, consistent schedule with minimum overtime requirements and based on site in our Sugar Land, TX location. This is a safety sensitive position that may be subject to random drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws.

What The ILP Technician Does Each Day
- Prepare work areas, gather supplies, and maintain strict cleanliness standards
- Inspect, label, and package products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality and compliance standards
- Notify management of any deviations from established processes
- Cleans, organizes, and stocks supplies

- Carefully follow clear directions to ensure safety and accuracy
- Are detail-oriented and take careful notes
- Support others when needed with activities like cleaning, stocking, etc.
- Take initiative to identify problems and opportunities
Minimum Requirements For This Role
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to successfully complete a background check
- Able and willing to walk, stoop, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout each shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
- 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses) and the ability to successfully pass a color vision test
- Able and willing to follow strict clothing and accessory rules to support our sterile operating environment
- Familiarity with and comfortable using mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, handhelds
- 18+ years of age
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Any Of The Following Will Give You An Edge
- Experience in a role requiring repetitive tasks, attention to detail and individualized work - such as working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Working in or around a sterile “cleanroom”
