Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator I, Production Technical Operations to perform manual and operational tasks in production, set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to meet product specifications and quality standards.

Location: Onsite in Fort Worth, TX. First shift, Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm. Relocation sponsorship is not available. Alcon offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth within a global eye-care leader.

Qualifications

• English fluency and ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle manual or operational tasks in production per guidelines to ensure smooth processes.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Ensure products meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and decide on rework or disposal of faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
