Compensation/Benefits

The estimated hourly salary range is $17.50 - $21.88, based on various factors such as location, experience, and performance. Overview

Production Technicians I perform tasks related to building and cabling racks, cabinets, and communication equipment, following documentation and work standards with minimal supervision. This role includes validating material processing and recording quality transactions. Reports to a Production Supervisor.

Schedule

Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Labeling equipment per customer requirements.
  • Using manual and power tools properly.
  • Troubleshooting hardware installation issues.
  • Routing and managing copper, fiber, and power cables.
  • Reading wiring diagrams and installation instructions.
  • Creating and applying device and cable labels.
  • Completing paperwork according to policies.
  • Performing basic troubleshooting and quality audits.
  • Ensuring hardware functionality and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Executing tasks to meet customer requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of AC and DC power systems.
