As a Production Technician, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality cannabis products in a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. You’ll support various stages of the production process—from extraction and packaging to quality assurance—while working in both indoor, climate-controlled settings and greenhouse environments.

Extraction: Operate and monitor extraction equipment to safely produce cannabis concentrates.
Lab Support: Prepare samples, maintain lab equipment, and follow safety and quality standards.
Packaging: Accurately weigh, label, and seal products for distribution.
Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure product consistency.
Sanitation: Maintain clean and sanitized workspaces and equipment.
Compliance: Adhere to all internal procedures and state/local cannabis regulations.
Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly.
Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.
Other Duties: Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.
Operate production equipment following established safety and quality procedures.
Package and label products accurately and efficiently.
Conduct basic quality inspections.
Complete production logs and inventory records with precision.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace through regular sanitation.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Adapt to new tools, processes, and expectations in a fast-paced setting.
Perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required:
21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid government-issued photo ID
Preferred:
Experience in cannabis, laboratory, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with extraction processes, production software, and documentation practices
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
Stand and move continuously during shifts
Perform physical tasks such as squatting, bending, and repetitive motion
Wear required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, footwear)
Self-motivated and reliable—you take initiative without constant oversight
Hands-on and action-oriented—you get things done
Flexible and fast-moving—you thrive in a changing industry
