The Production Technician supports daily manufacturing operations by working hands‑on with composite materials, tools, and production equipment. This role contributes directly to product quality and reliability by following instructions, preparing materials, performing fabrication tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. It plays a key part in producing specialized hardware by measuring components, using hand and power tools, and supporting teammates to complete production activities accurately and efficiently. Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Two to three years of trade experience in fields such as carpentry, painting, mechanical work, or home finishing.
• Knowledge of composite materials and processes such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, resin infusion, vacuum bagging, and mold making.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Hobby interests such as team sports, arts and crafts, mechanics, woodworking, gardening, building models, small engine repair, or playing instruments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, stoop, or climb as required.
• Ability to ascend and descend vertical ladders; stand and walk for extended periods; work at heights; work in hot or cold environments; work in confined spaces; and lift approximately 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, perform repetitive movements, and occasionally carry heavy objects.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, stoop, crouch, and sit.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to repeat physical movements and bend or twist as needed.
• Ability to wear assigned personal protective equipment including safety glasses, full-face respirators, gloves, and protective clothing.
