Benson Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician I in Alpharetta, GA to support daily production operations in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse.

You will set up equipment, perform basic maintenance, and conduct quality inspections to ensure high standards are met. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency, with a 2:00pm-11:00pm shift and opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Production/manufacturing or print background preferred but not required.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with ability to spot defects; basic machine operation; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to job specifications and SOPs.
• Prepare stock, materials, and print files using internal systems.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout production.
• Organize completed jobs for downstream processing.
• Assist with material handling, inventory organization, and cross-training in other production areas.

What You’ll Do:

As a Production Technician I, you’ll support daily production operations by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring jobs meet quality and safety standards. You’ll perform hands‑on tasks such as machine setup, basic maintenance, and visual inspections to keep workflow running smoothly.

Shift : 2:00pm - 11:00pm

Flexibility : Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.
