Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 12 hours.
• Prior forklift experience and manufacturing work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to upset conditions and work with teammates to resolve problems.
• Communicate production line activities and follow up on resolutions.
• Operate equipment and complete product changes efficiently.
• Create maintenance requests and track follow-up until completion.
• Participate in problem‑solving meetings and process improvements.
• Complete paperwork and electronic entries as needed.
