This role supports our fruit processing and packaging operations, sanitation, and drum washing.

100% on-site, rotating shifts.
Compensation Base Rate
$24.05– $28.29 per hour.

In This Role You Will
- Follow all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices
- Produce high quality products in a safe, sanitary, and healthful manner
- Maintain documentation and production records that are legible, accurate, and complete
- Communicate with team leaders, leads, maintenance, and all production personnel to achieve self-sufficient team goals
- Apply HACCP, plant quality, plant GMP’s, and food safety requirements to daily performance
- Perform housekeeping and sanitation duties according to company SSOP’s
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Work any shift, including weekends and overtime as needed while maintaining a good attendance record
- Follow work flow in all areas of production
- Work as part of a team and assist others as needed

Minimum Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent is required
- Minimum age of 18
- Must be able to work any shift (day or night) including weekends
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
- Effectively read, comprehend, and fill in production forms accurately with dates, times, temperatures and other processing information
- Work with and around cleaning chemicals and perform sanitation duties
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, GMP’s, and general instructions; provide oral and written communication
Additional Skills and Experience
- Previous food processing or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Previous forklift driving experience highly preferred
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, lift (67-100%)
- Regularly required to use hands and arms for reaching, grasping, handling, fine finger manipulation during the day (67-100%)
- Occasionally squat, bend, work above shoulders, climb stairs or ladders (11-33%)
- Frequently lift up to 25 lb. (34-66%)
- Occasionally lift 60 lb. (11–33%)
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, and bump caps
