Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Associate I to operate machinery, assemble filtration products, and perform quality checks in a on-site Timonium, MD facility.

You will report to the Production Supervisor and join the Manufacturing & Operations team. The role requires a strong work ethic, basic mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safe, high-quality production practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to 1 year of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other relatable experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery to specifications and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers.
• Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs.
