Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Associate to safely perform high-quality production tasks in the Media department at our Deland, Florida on-site facility. You will handle measuring and test equipment, adhere to OSHA/EPA regulations, and report to the Production Supervisor.

The role emphasizes precise inspection, setup, and packaging of media products, with opportunities to work on calendaring and furnace equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in like work centers and accuracy using calipers and micrometers.
• Good mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability, and adherence to standard work practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, cut and lay-up of dynalloy, fibermet, and continuous rolls and perform final inspection, trim, and package media products.
• Operate calendaring equipment (rolling mills), Hydrogen furnace and vacuum furnaces.
• Stage and unstage media sheets and continuous rolls to manufacturer and thickness specifications.
