Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Putnam County, WV is hiring multiple Production Team Members to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The roles offer full-time schedules with day/evening shifts and weekly pay.

You will clean, inspect, and maintain equipment, assist with changeovers, operate overhead cranes, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and keep 5S standards. These positions require reliable attendance, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, and maintain production equipment and components.
• Assist with machine changeovers, installations, and setup.
• Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.
• Monitor product quality and collect production data.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces (5S standards).
• Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental guidelines.
• Hands-on role in maintaining quality and keeping operations moving.
• Other duties as assigned.
