Job summary

CHS Inc. in Annawan, IL seeks a Process Operator to support the safe and efficient production of ethanol, corn oil, and distillers grains in a fast-paced plant. You will monitor equipment, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and assist with maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid over 12 months. The training period follows a standard 8 hr M-F schedule, then transitions to a 12-hour rotating shift with extended time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Production Operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment of a processing facility under supervision.
• Conduct inspections, monitor parameters, and adjust equipment to meet specs and production targets.
• Ensure QA compliance, sample/process tests, and interpret results.
