We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician responsible for manicuring and packaging plant material and infused products. Key responsibilities include maintaining accuracy in weighing, labeling, inventory management, and ensuring a sterile workspace. The role also involves tracking products electronically to comply with state laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, team spirit, and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Break down cured batches and extract oils into various weight increments for packaging
• Maintain precise counts of all packaged and remaining inventory for end-of-day reconciliation
• Package infused and plant materials with proper labeling to ensure compliance
• Electronically update packaged products in the traceability system
• Demonstrate organizational skills, effective communication, and proficiency with Windows-based software
• Manage time efficiently to meet production goals without compromising quality
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of processing areas throughout the day
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment
• Experience with medical cannabis or botanicals is highly desirable
