Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment daily to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Coordinate flavoring with packaging film.

• Work with Quality Control Operators and maintain records.
• Maintain efficient operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and proactively solve equipment issues.
• Train and manage packers’ break schedules.
• Communicate with production teams to meet schedule goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Complies with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations.
• Understands applicable SQF requirements.
