Job summary

SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton seeks motivated production technicians to join a growing team. You will prepare rooms and equipment, communicate with management, and perform production tasks with attention to safety and quality.

Pay ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for advancement across a newly expanding franchise. We offer 401(k) matching, training and professional development, and a path to rapid career growth.

• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.

• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation

Pay based on experience; $19-20/hr. for a production technician, $20-25/hr. for a crew leader.
