Job summary

SERVPRO of Adamstown, Mohnton is seeking a production technician to support our brand‑new franchise and drive quality restoration projects in the Denver area. You will prepare rooms, set up staging areas, operate equipment, and communicate with management to ensure smooth, safe workflows on site.

We offer competitive pay ($19–$20/hour for technicians, $20–$25/hour for crew leaders), quick career progression as we expand, and strong training and development to help you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Lifting ability up to 100 lb with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders and reach ceiling heights.
• Able to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Comfort with handling cleaning agents.
• Applicants must pass a background check where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up equipment.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• End-of-day cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation

Pay based on experience; $19-20/hr. for a production technician, $20-25/hr. for a crew leader.
