As a Service Technician, you will act as a liaison between clients and our company, delivering quality service and solutions for home remodeling projects, including plumbing, shower, window, door, gutter, and siding needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accurate measurements, repairs, and assessments to ensure project success
• Assist the production manager, installation team, or subcontractors as needed
• Maintain warehouse responsibilities and daily operations
• Build relationships with clients and crew to ensure a memorable experience
• Showcase quality craftsmanship and ensure excellence throughout projects
• Report to our Charleston office at 7110 Rivers Ave., N. Charleston, SC 29406

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in home remodeling
• Measuring windows experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation
• Availability between 6am to 6pm, Mon-Fri (schedule varies)

Physical Demands

• Crawling, climbing, stretching, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs
