Position Overview

Production Technician

Earning Potential: $45,000 to $65,000 yearly plus UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

Role Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients and the company, delivering quality service for home remodeling projects.
• Perform accurate measurements, repairs, and assessments to ensure project success.
• Assist the production manager, team, or subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain warehouse responsibilities and daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and crew to ensure a positive experience.
• Showcase quality craftsmanship and ensure excellence throughout each project.

Location

Report to our Charleston office at 7110 Rivers Ave. N. Charleston, SC 29406.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home remodeling; measuring windows is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work 6am to 6pm, Mon-Fri (schedule may vary).
• Physical ability to crawl, climb, stretch, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs.
