Job Summary

Cannabis Production Technicians are involved in manufacturing products from initial stages to final sale-ready units for distribution to dispensaries and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate flower and oil.
• Weigh, stuff, and roll products.
• Label, sticker, and package finished goods.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be at least 21 years old, per state law.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Adaptability to various strains and cannabis styles.
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain health and hygiene standards per OSHA.
• Follow instructions and accept feedback for quality maintenance.

Education and Experience

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in production or manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing consumable goods preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP practices.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit long periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Fine manipulation with arms and fingers.
• Repetitive hand and arm motions.
• Willing to wear PPE.

Schedule and Pay

1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, $16.50/hr
2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 11:30pm-8:00am, $16.50/hr
