Opportunity Overview
Critical Coordination is hiring reliable, detail-oriented Production Technicians for our cable assembly line. It's a fast-paced, quick-turn environment where accuracy and dependable attendance both matter every single shift.
What You'll Be Building
You're> fabricate Custom Power Cable Assemblies that power advanced AI and computing equipment inside major data centers across the country - components that keep the nation's high-tech infrastructure running.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all stages of cable assembly (measuring, cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, testing) to meet production deadlines.
- Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards - speed never comes at the expense of accuracy.
- Safely operate manual and automated hand tools while maintaining strong output.
- Inspect finished assemblies for defects and confirm they meet spec before shipping.
- Keep your workstation clean and organized to minimize downtime and maximize safety.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and daily output targets alongside the production team, and perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting Pay: $21.00/hour.
- Cross-Training Requirement: Within your first ~90 days, you'll rotate through and master all 5 assembly workstations.
- Pay Increase: Successfully master all 5 stations by day 90 and receive a $1.00/hour raise.

Who We're Looking For
- Attendance & Punctuality: Strong, consistent attendance and being on time for every shift is critical - our line depends on every station being staffed.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment with sustained focus and energy.
- Reliable and committed to consistent, high-quality work.
- Skilled at following detailed instructions with precision - getting it right the first time matters.
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience in high-volume manufacturing, electronics fabrication, hand tools (crimpers, strippers), or reading technical blueprints; comfortable using a computer; forklift experience.
