Job summary

IntelliSource invites you to join our team as a Production Associate located on USA Parkway in Reno, NV. You will work on a fast-paced production line, moving materials, assembling components, and preparing finished goods for shipment while meeting quality and output goals.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment (including forklifts), staging and loading materials, assembling battery packs with hand tools, and ensuring smooth inventory flow in indoor/outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Experience in electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting preferred.
• Stand for extended periods (more than 80% of the shift).
• Stoop, bend, push, pull and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Operate and train on equipment such as forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other specialized machinery.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Role includes work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures, including heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate and train on production and powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.
• Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory to support production flow.
• Use hand tools to assemble battery packs
• Separate batteries and put into tubs
