What you will enjoy doing

1. You will read, understand, and use Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMI’s), Job-Safety Analysis’ (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily production tasks.
2. You will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives/policies as business needs arise.
3. You will follow step-by-step instructions detailed by senior operators in turnover reports, written job instructions, or verbal instructions.
4. You will perform basic and accurate math for production needs using a calculator and provided spreadsheets.
5. You will work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks on-time while meeting safety and quality requirements.
6. You will operate machines, fork trucks, and associated equipment.

What Makes You Great

1. A High School diploma/GED is required.
2. You must be able to read, comprehend, and understand work instructions.
3. You must be able to perform basic math operations in all units of measure.
4. You must be able to operate fork truck, electric hoist, scales, and label machines.
5. You should be comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, climbing, and capable of lifting 40 lbs.
6. You must be able to wear a full face or half face respirator.
7. Basic computer skills in Microsoft Suite are preferred.
