Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a maintenance technician in Ironton, OH to maintain ATE and computer hardware, perform routine and emergency maintenance, and implement upgrades to software on assigned product lines.

You will interface with ES&S, Engineering and Service Techs to troubleshoot field failures, revise test code and work instructions, and help improve testing processes to reduce root causes of defects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATE and computer hardware, perform routine and emergency maintenance to ensure high availability to develop, maintain, and install upgrades to software on assigned product lines.
• Interface with ES&S, Engineering, Service Techs and others to replicate/troubleshoot field failures. Revise test code/work instructions to screen for failure if possible, interface with Engineering and others to develop/revise test code and equipment for new and transferred product, and assist Quality Engineers in developing test methods.
