Position Summary

Perform setup and operation of the Filling Line, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot powder dosing issues, work with maintenance for efficiency, and ensure proper sterilization and documentation. Collaborate with production leads to meet daily goals and maintain GMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to meet production and quality standards.
• Operate machinery safely and monitor output quality.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Guide and train team members, acting as a team leader when required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Routine work following established procedures.
• Supervised work with some judgment required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and holidays.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years aseptic experience.
• 3 years manufacturing experience in pharma.
• Experience with autoclaves, sterile processing, or aseptic filling.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, ISO 5 & 7 cleanrooms.

Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. required; 3+ years related experience preferred.

Physical & Environmental Demands

Moderate physical effort, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work in a manufacturing environment with noise and proximity to moving parts.

Compensation & Benefits
