This is a fast-paced position which offers long-term, consistent employment with a competitive benefits package, including but not limited to Health, Vision, Dental, Life and 401K.**Pay Rate**: $16.90 per hour**Shift Availability:*** **1st Shift:**Monday - Saturday @7:00am to 3:30pm, Rotating days off, with 2 days off during the week* **2nd Shift**: Monday - Saturday @3:00pm to 11:30pm, Rotating days off, with 2 days off during the week* **3rd Shift**: Monday - Saturday @11:00am to 7:30pm, Rotating days off, with 2 days off during the week**Job Duties:**As a **Production Technician 1**, you will be responsible for and rotate through a range of job duties, including but not limited to the following primary tasks:* Emptying or Filling 55-gallon Drums* Assembling, Packing, and Stacking boxes* Wrapping Pallets with Shrink Wrap* Operating Machinery* Unloading Fruit from Trucks* “Grading” or Sorting Fruit* Labeling* Ensuring Equipment is Functioning Safely* Logging Activities Daily* Setting up Production Area with Appropriate Materials* General Cleaning**Drug Free Workplace:*** Notifies supervisor of unusual problems.* Works in accordance with all company policies and procedures.* Follows health and safety guidelines.
