Job summary

Smurfit Westrock in Conover, NC is hiring immediately for a Production Team Member. You will assist operators, drive production, maintain 5S and housekeeping, and follow safety policies. This is a full-time, 4 days on/4 days off position with competitive benefits.

Shift options include days (7AM-7PM) and nights (7PM-7AM). Training is provided, with focus on safety and quality in a global packaging company.

Qualifications

• Safety policies and PPE rules must be followed.
• Ability to read schedules and follow training.
• Experience with cartons quality checks and packaging.
• Basic math and measurement reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with daily operations of equipment and drive production.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S to management standards.
• Follow Smurfit Westrock Core Values and Behaviors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager.
